Screw Conveyors & Bin Dischargers

Anderson Dahlen Screw Conveyors and Bin Dischargers are designed to provide consistent performance in removing material from bulk silos or other large storage hoppers. The robust multiple screw conveyor designs are individually engineered for each application. These dischargers are available with 6", 9", 12" or 18" diameter augers. These screw conveyors and bin dischargers are specifically designed for the food industry with sanitation and reliability in mind.

Standard Features Include:

Heavy duty augers with continuously welded flighting.
Multiple shaft /flighting combinations, including tapered shaft and variable pitch flighting.
Single or multiple discharge openings.
Rectangular or round inlet openings.
Shrouded covers to prevent product flooding.
A variety of seal options are available depending on the application, including air purged seals, lip seal and packing style seals.
Drive package options include shaft/flange mounted inverter duty gearmotors or timing belt/chain drives.
Drop bottom doors are available for cleanout.
Pressure relief doors are available to detect discharger opening plugs.
