Dimensional Inspection as well as complete material traceability and documentation is customary at Anderson Dahlen, beginning with the material ordering process and ending with the shipment of equipment.

Continuous Reinvestment in Custom Metal Fabrication

Our employees regularly attend continuing education sessions to ensure our knowledge is up to date with the latest technological advances in fabrication methods and certification standards. Reinvesting in our equipment is essential to remaining at the top in our industry. Several new inspection instruments show our commitment to maintaining the highest quality level possible. To supplement our existing CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine), we recently acquired a FaroArm to allow a wider range of inspection capabilities.

Reinvestment in inspection equipment is standard to provide the highest quality in product testing. Non-Destructive Examination (NDE), in compliance with ASME, AWS and PED code requirements, is also provided. To further build on our in-house NDE inspection services for welds and material quality, we have purchased a state-of-the-art Phased Array UT (ultrasonic testing) Machine. We have also purchased a PMI (Positive Material Indicator) to verify alloy compositions for material traceability.

Our machine shop has the latest CNC machine tool technology from Haas, Mori Seiki, and Toshiba. Reinvestment in current technology for inspection equipment and CNC machine tools is key to providing our customers with the highest quality products in the industry.
