• Machinist:

  Anderson Dahlen, Inc. is a growing, stable manufacturer in need of more machinists to run our new machining centers. We are not a production organization, but a specialty shop that specializes in custom parts. If you are looking for a challenge, this may be the place for you. We are looking for creative machinists that can program and set up turning and milling centers. We are hiring for first, second and weekend shifts immediately. A pre-employment physical including a drug screen is required.

• Sales-Estimator

  Anderson Dahlen, Inc. a Minnesota based contract manufacture has an opening for a qualified Sales-Estimator. We are seeking candidates with 3 or more years experience selling and estimating sheet metal fabrication, welding, and machining.  The types of estimates vary from small single material component parts to large multilevel complex projects.  You must be able to work closely with customers to understand their requirements.  The successful candidate will be responsible for providing prices, delivery schedules and sales terms in response to customer requests for quotation. You will be developing routings and bills of material for later use in scheduling and manufacturing.  Good communication skills are a must.  Microsoft Office suite and Windows based computer skills are a must.  Experience using the Made2Manage ERP software and Solid-Works CAD software is a plus.
