The combination of our ever-increasing part size envelope, our manufacturing versatility and our range of process capabilities allow us to satisfy both those stainless or non-stainless weldment needs specific to your industry.
With 40 foot sidewalls and 10 ton bridge cranes, Anderson Dahlen’s high bay space enables us to fabricate and assemble weldments of large physical size.
Anderson Dahlen maintains a large group of qualified weld procedure specifications (WPS) and can entertain new weld procedure specifications and procedure qualification records (PQR) on an individual basis to satisfy your specific needs. We maintain numerous AWS, ASME, and PED welding qualifications for a variety of materials, as well as being ISO certified. We also maintain OSHA certification in the Minnesota Safety and Health Achievement Recognition Program (MNSHARP) and were one of the first metal fabrication companies in Minnesota to be certified.
Our heavy weldment services can include in-house machining of your projects as needed to allow you a single source vendor. We own all our machine tools and our CNC machining capabilities are some of the most modern in the Midwest. These include a variety of machine tools with large part envelope sizes.
When your weldment is finished, we can perform test assembly to assure a trouble-free installation at the job site. We can also provide you with full inspection reports and a documentation package that includes complete material traceability. To save you time and money, we can also facilitate the efficient logistics and safe physical shipment of your parts domestically or abroad, by truck, rail, water or air as needed.
Anderson Dahlen’s large high bay space, certified welding, and modern, large CNC machine tools create a highly efficient, one-stop location for your short-run or one-of complex weldments, heavy frames, or large assemblies. By offering custom fabrication, machining, and quality certification in one location, we can offer more efficient manufacturing, faster service, and the simplicity of a single source vendor.
